Instructions
- Preheat over to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare dry ingredients
- Stir all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.

- Add dry ingredients gradually, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in quick oats, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips.
Bake

- Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before moving to a metal rack to cool.
- Eat while they're warm! Store in an airtight container once they are completely cooled.
- The cookies will become crunchier as they are stored. Try putting one in the microwave for 10-15 seconds the next day!
Notes
*Tips
The easiest way to separate your eggs is to crack the whole egg into a bowl, and then gently remove the egg yolk with your fingers. Use clean hands! A mix of semisweet and dark makes for a more decadent version of this cookie. Smaller cookies will need a shorter baking time. If you use a 1 tablespoon scoop bake for 8 minutes.
