Can opener
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp dried, minced onion divided
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning divided
- 4 cans Campbell's Tomato Soup
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Brown meat in a large frying pan over medium heat. Drain excess grease once cooked. Season with salt, pepper, 2 tsp of the minced onion, and 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning. Cook 5 minutes.
Add soup and remaining seasonings. Simmer over medium-low heat for at least 15 minutes. The sauce will begin to turn a deep red color. Taste after 15 minutes and adjust seasoning, if needed.
Add cooked elbows and mozzarella cheese. Stir until melted. Serve and enjoy!
