Savory Spice Rub

This spice blend works well with tons of meals! It's great on roasted chicken legs, grilled pork chops, sauteed shrimp, and roasted vegetables.

Equipment

  • Small prep bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken, pork, or seafood before cooking. The spice blend will season 1-2 lbs of meat, seafood, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Recipe makes 2 1/8 tsp of seasoning
  • Double, triple, or quadruple recipe and store in a spice jar for future use
